Refund policy

Returns and Refunds for Margarita Machine Rentals:

  • Rental Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date.
  • Damage Policy: Customers are responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period. A damage deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon return and inspection of undamaged equipment.
  • Returns: Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur additional fees.

Returns and Refunds for T-Shirt Sales:

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards and sale items.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at infolosweekenders@gmail.com
