How It Works: Renting A Margarita Machine

Request your frozen drink rental based on party size. Rosa, our single bowl machine serves up to 15. Maria, our double bowl machine serves up to 75. Contact us with questions or concerns!
Choose Your High Quality Mix
Choose your mixes. Each mix needs 2-3 liters of liquor and we’ll provide mixing containers & assistance on how it works. All you provide is the alcohol!
Reserve Your Rental
Fill out our rental form with all the details listed. Once we confirm the availability, we’ll send over the email confirmation and payment details.
Delivery & Setup
Days prior to your event, we’ll send you an email confirmation with our final delivery/pickup schedule. We offer same day delivery or the day before. In & out in less than 30 minutes!
Event Day
We’ll contact you when we’re on the way for both delivery and pick-up within our 2-hour windows. We set up and teach you how to use our machines.
After Party
After you throw the party of the year and wow all your guests, our team will return for the machines and clean the area. We pride ourselves on leaving the area as clean as when we first arrived.
About Your Rentals
How much does it cost to rent a frozen margarita machine?
Our margarita machine rental can range from $150-$220 depending on machine and rental days. Includes mixing containers, rolling cart, and first mix is FREE.
Do you offer delivery or self pick up?
Delivery only. We will deliver the machine to you, set up, and pick it up the next day. If event is within 15 miles of Houston Heights, we include free delivery & same day pick up. If not, a $40 charge will be included. Machines are very easy to use and we’ll teach you how to operate them.
How many drinks does one mix yield?
5 gallon mix yields approximately 70 (8) ounce cups and our 3 gallon mixes yield approximately 45 (8) ounce drinks.
Do you need to add ice?
No ice needed! These bad boys produce their own ice so you don’t have to worry about it.
How long does it take for the mix to freeze?
45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the environment. You’ll never have a lag in freeze time, as you’ll continually add mix as you go with these machines. We recommend a dedicated outlet and to start several hours ahead of the event to make sure it’s making ice cold margs.
Do we provide the alcohol for the mixes?
cYes. You provide the alcohol and we provide the mix. Once you decide on your mix, we will let you know exactly how much you will need.
How far in advance should we reserve a margarita machine?
We recommend 4 weeks in advance and 5+ weeks during holidays and graduations. For last minute inquiries we’ll accommodate the best we can.
Do we need to clean the machine afterwards?
No! Our team will handle that when they pick up and sanitize the machine.
Important Info:
- Our team will arrive 2 hours before the event so machines are ready when guests arrive.
- If event is outside, machine must be properly shaded so it runs efficiently.
- Machine may not be moved once we leave for safety reasons.
- Depending on machine, you’ll need (2) 1.75L bottles of liquor for Rosa, or (4) for Maria.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted 5 days in advance for full refund. 50% refund must be at least 24 hours in advance.
